Job Description
Civil - Construction Project Coordinator
For Telecom Construction project coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project,
- Construction project coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a Project manager.
- Work off-site most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project.
- Work for construction departments, with in and must have deep knowledge and experience in materials/concrete/Asphalt. Reinstatement construction
- Generally, construction project coordinators:
- Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare progress reports for clients is must
- Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Collaborate with different department subcontractors and staff and department heads

- Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
