Claim Specialist
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Claim Specialist to support our growing clinical operations in the USA and Ireland. This role will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate dental claims processing, patient coordination, and practice management support.
Key Responsibilities
Claims & Data Entry
- Accurately enter dental claim information into the company’s systems
- Review claim forms and validate against internal and insurance policies
- Attach all necessary documentation before submission
- Track claims status and update databases accordingly
- Encode patient data from MS Booking to Open Dental with precision
- Proactively reach out to patients for missing/incomplete information
- Prepare and generate dental claim-related reports
- Check the eligibility of all patients and call if necessary if they are not covered and educate the patients for their insurance eligibility.
Practice Management Support
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Assist with making and receiving patient-related calls
- Support with pre-sale calls and cross-region service promotion (Ireland/USA)
- Verify and obtain patient insurance information
- Support staffing and onboarding for dental events or visits
- Coordinate with internal teams on discrepancies or process gaps
- Basic knowledge of Excel
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Proficient in tools like MS Excel, MS Office365
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable with patient interaction (via phone/email)
- Excellent communication skills in English
Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines (Onsite) Preferred CEBU Base candidates.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 EST (flexible based on business needs)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (2 days off per week)

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
