Job Description:
•Responsible for preparing reviewing documents
•Verifying information
•Corresponding with insurer, MRBCs and claimants (in necessary)
•Handle client inquiries
•Review policies
•Determine coverage
•Process reimbursement of claim payments
Qualifications:
•College graduate
•At least with experience as a claims processor or in a related role is an advantage
•Computer literate
•Proficient in MS Office
•Good administrative and organizational skills
•High attention to detail
•Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Ability to work under pressure
