The Role
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g., translators, printers) to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors.
- Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications as an accounts manager / team lead
- Experience in direct client / stakeholder management and communication
- Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting
- Strong background in project management, with a good grasp of project management tools
- Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus
- Ability to coordinate, manage and track high volume of work assignments
Work Setup:
- Location: Taguig
- Work shift North America (night shift Manila)
- Set up: Hybrid - 1-2 days RTO per week
