DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides assistance and service to patients.
- Taking vital signs, initial history taking.
- Daily inspects consultation rooms for availability of supplies essential to doctor’s examination such as cotton, alcohol, speculums for OB-Gyne among others.
- Oversees cleanliness of consultation rooms including linens.
- Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies.
- Coordinates with other department for endorsement and verification as needed.
- Issues approval to diagnostic requests as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment.
- Handles keeping and updating of medical records of each patient.
- Prepares and submits timely reports and doctor’s procedure fees.
- To render overtime after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload.
- Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Graduate of BS Nursing or related medical allied courses
- Experience: Preferably with 6 months experience in healthcare if not a BS Nursing graduate
- Other Skills: Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and service- oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
