Qualifications & experience
- Basic experience in Clinical Appeals writing
- At least 2 years of Clinical / Hospital Experience.
- BS Nursing graduate
- With an active PHRN License
- Strong familiarity with using EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records) systems
- Knowledgeable with InterQual or MCG (Milliman Clinical Guidelines)
- Willing to train on-site (Quezon City)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for crafting persuasive and accurate appeal letters at various levels of appeal
- Will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, legal experts, insurance representatives and support staff to ensure quality appeal outcomes
