- To effectively manage the implementation of Transaction Banking products and services to the target corporate customers of SMBC.
- To support our transaction banking customers fortheir daily requirements (via phone or email).
- To conduct user training and onboarding ourcustomers on to our electronic banking platform.
- To collaborate and support the Department Head in achieving common organizational goals.
- Collaborates with Regional base implementation team in Electronic Banking / direct interface with customer ERP / host to host connectivity / Services, Payables, Receivables and Liquidity Management.
- Responsible for platform installation, training,migration and support at customer sites and implementation of financial systems integration with customers’ ERP.
- Manages implementation pipelines and progress efficiently and effectively. Communicates and conducts regular status reviews/meetings and ensures that the implementation meets the agreed milestones and customer’s expectation.
- Supports sales on complex Transaction Banking products including Treasury Management System, Host to Host, SWIFT FileAct, and cash pooling solutions.
- Ensures the end to end effective delivery of Transaction Banking proposition to the customer, including user training of customer in SMAR&TS and other Transaction Banking products/channels.
- Provides daily support to our transaction banking customers either via phone or email. This will include investigation and clarification with other product teams within Global Transaction Banking Dept.
- Ensures the end-to-end smooth on-boarding of customers in the Cash & Cheque Collection Arrangement with Alliance Bank.
- Takes charge in the implementation of standardIMAGINE to customer.
- Information sharing with Product and Sales team when customers raise any product gaps, issues or feedback on the products. Collaborate with product development team to find solutions for such product gaps.
- Maintains good customer relationship management and cross sell our transaction banking solutions.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing continuous after sales support and trouble shooting.
- Manages and facilitates the completion of regional deal documents by providing a single point of contact to the customer and to complete the documentation task in a timely and effective manner.
