Qualifications:Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coffee Preparation:
- Prepare and serve various coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Upsell products and promotions
Store Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies and inventory
- Prepare food items (pastries, sandwiches, etc.)
- Set up and close down the coffee station
- Follow health and safety regulations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Collaborate with team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
- Maintain quality standards for all beverages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php12,500.00 per month
