Job Responsibilities:
- Organizes loan and collateral documents in respective filing cabinets and fireproof vault to ensure proper safekeeping of all Securities
- Consistently conducts monitoring and inventory of all Securities, Loan Documents, to reconcile portfolio versus actual inventory
- Reviews consistency of all documents in consideration of Registration, Encumbrance, Annotation, and Litigation, to minimize or eliminate risks.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business course
- Willing to learn about Consumer Lending process and Documentation
- Result-oriented and team player
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
