The Credit & Collection Officer is responsible for documenting and checking collection and payment activities of the mall.
Tasks:
- Ensures effective collection and handling of payments of unit owners.
- Recommends plans and strategies to increase efficiency in collection
- Monitors and oversee the Account Receivables
- Monitors completion of collection activities
- Sends daily Bank Statement to Property Managers
- Prepares regular reports on Collection activities/
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year financial/ business or any related course
- Preferably with atleast 3 years of experience in billing, collection, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
- Must be flexible to take in other jobs assigned as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Compressed Working Schedule)
- Full face-to-face (Physical) mode of work.
- Willing to work in NUSTAR Mall

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
