- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer/ franchise relations and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges as they arise.
