He/she supervises the daily operations of a commissary department, ensuring optimal food quality, managing inventory, and handling production reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the department maintains an accurate inventory, analyzes profitability and reduces costs and expenditures.
- Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary.
- Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, by setting the work schedule and output in relation to store order and deliverables needed.
- Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product improvement and product allocation and movement.
Qualifications:
1. Must have at least 4 years’ experience working in a commissary setup.
2. Must be a graduate of business, culinary or any other related courses.
3. Must be willing to work in BGC area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
