Transportation Duties
- Drive the assigned executive to and from destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic and road conditions.
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for use at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, lights, brakes).
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs.
- Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and presentable at all times.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Maintain an updated driver’s license and necessary permits.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage immediately.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the executive’s activities and personal matters.
- Exhibit courteous and respectful behavior towards the executive and all persons encountered during duties.
Logistics & Errands
- Assist with loading and unloading of baggage or documents.
- Run authorized errands for the executive or the company as needed.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off for meetings, airport transfers, and other engagements.
