Responsibilities
- Assess and treat employees' illnesses and injuries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and administer non-prescription medications.
- Develop and implement care plans based on medical directives.
- Conduct health and safety training programs (e.g., stress management, nutrition, fitness).
- Oversee drug/alcohol programs and Fitness-for-Work (FWC) assessments.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, including WAIR reporting.
- Handle requisition and monitoring of medicines for employees.
- Support HR in workplace health and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse and with OHNAP Certificate
- With at least Two (2) years relevant working experience in Industrial setting
