- Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversees and manages the administrative and operational activities of the occupational health services.
- Assures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
- Secures and develops all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.
- Collaborates with outside resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, third-party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, etc.
- Gives necessary emergency nursing care and other health services to employees.
- Dispense medicines and keep updated medicine and equipment inventory.
- Assists employees in SSS benefits and HMO enrollment and coverage.
- Assists physician in pre-employment medical examination, annual physical examination, and return to work clearance.
- Prepares updated medical reports.
- Organizes and implements health programs and activities for employees.
- Performs other HR functions as needed.
- Performs home visits to employees who are not able to report to work due to health reasons.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
