We are seeking a Compliance & Government Relations Specialist to ensure the company consistently meets regulatory requirements. This role combines compliance monitoring with external coordination, managing both document processing and relationship-building with agency personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance schedules and ensure timely filing of tax reports, permit renewals, and statutory contributions.
- Submit and follow up on applications with BIR, SEC, LGUs, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Liaise with government representatives and handle inquiries related to company compliance.
- Draft compliance-related communications, letters, and reports for management.
- Organize compliance calendars and update the team on approaching deadlines.
- Conduct research on new laws, circulars, or policy updates relevant to business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related courses.
- Must have 1–2 years of compliance or liaison experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building connections with government offices.
- Computer literate; comfortable using spreadsheets and online portals.
- Must be based in CDO and willing to do fieldwork.
- Driver’s license required.
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-focused.
