Program Overview
The internship program aims to develop skills in connectivity, remote monitoring, data analysis, and asset management. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience by supporting the connectivity & Monitoring Officer and Data analyst.
Program Structure:
Office Support for Connectivity & Monitoring Officer (Register machine and assign to correct customer SMARTLINK account)
Learning Objectives:
- Gain knowledge in industry 4.0 (connectivity) using SMARTLINK.
- Develop skills in installed based management.
- Understand the importance of accurate record-keeping and data analysis of asset.
- Develop skills in communications, and task management.
Tasks:
- Register all machine under service plan and units above 30KW (specially machine under key customers).
- Assign and move machine to the correct customer account in SMARTLINK.
- Coordinate with SSE for the updated customer contact and send invitation for registration.
- Assist in updating and managing installed based.
- Assist in creating ticket for remote rebooting of smartbox on disconnected machines.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to connectivity device management.
- Keep unassigned machine to minimum.
Preferred College Program:
Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Job Types: Fixed term, OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
