The Construction Auditor focused on the review of the standards related to construction and to test or assess compliance. To continuously review the effectiveness of the existing internal control system and recommend processes improvement along the way.
Job Description
- Reviews compliance with the processes and business models Construction Department;
- Review/assess submitted billings and track work accomplishment on all assigned projects.
- Submit recommendation concerning systems/processes that needs to be developed or improved and to continuously review the effectiveness of the existing internal control system of the company; and
- To provide informative reports to the Management regularly.
Qualifications:
Education - Graduate of Engineering course or any related courses
Skills - Ability to analyze data, information, and evidence from various sources and perspectives, and to draw logical and objective conclusions. You also need to have a critical thinking mindset that allows you to question assumptions, identify gaps, evaluate alternatives, and challenge the status quo
Competencies - Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with different stakeholders, such as management, staff, clients, and external parties.
Work Experience - At least 1-2 years of experience in the construction set-up
