Job Summary
The Project-in-Charge (PIC) is responsible and accountable for the progress of the project. The PIC is responsible in completing the project on time, with quality and within budget by planning, organizing, and controlling the project. The PIC is also responsible to the professional growth of all his subordinates through mentoring and trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles the day to day construction monitoring of the Site assigned.
- Directly coordinates with contractors for all construction related concerns.
- Prepare construction schedule of housing project, amenities, land development, and subdivision utilities.
- Monitor all construction timeline of housing project, amenities, land development, and subdivision utilities.
- Generate weekly and monthly construction update.
- Evaluates and approves submitted billing of all contractors.
- Evaluates all claims and change order.
- Coordinates of planning and consultant for verification of Construction Plans, RFA, RFI.
- Conduct weekly coordination meeting with CM Group, Contractors, Safety and Security.
- Evaluate and validate the capacity of contractor for awarding of project.
- Oversee all construction activities of Housing, Land Development and special projects.
- Review and validate all construction cost of site.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture, Licensed.
- With at least eight (8) years of project management experience in the construction and property development industry, both horizontal and vertical.
- Has knowledge in project management, planning, and relevant government codes (building code, structural code, DHSUD guidelines, etc.).
- Has strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Lipa City, Batangas
- Can start immediately
