Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project
- Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
- May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
- Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
- Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree + 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365FO, D365BC, AX, NAV or Macola ERPs are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of EDI standards and EDI integration such as ANSI and EDIFACT is important; as well as familiarity with the order to cash/procure to pay process.
- 3-5 years of professional business experience, industry experience in retail or supply chain is desirable
- A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
- Familiarity with XML or SQL a plus
- Experience with text editing and data mapping tools
