- Review and administer the awarded construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and procurement packages
- Participate in the tendering and bidding processes covering the technical aspect of the evaluation
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and timely deliverables
- Ensure accurate documentation of variation orders (VO), change requests, and contractual correspondences
- Coordinate with the proponent for contract risk analysis and dispute resolution
- Provide advice on contractual rights, obligations and interpretations
- Develop and maintain all Project Master Schedule from planning to completion
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and cost-control teams to ensure aligned timelines and sequencing of the project
- Monitor critical path activities and construction milestones, ensuring timely identification and resolution of schedule slippages
- Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective or mitigation measures
- Prepare periodic progress reports and S-curves aligned with project tracking and the proponent's requirements
- Support progress billing, earned value assessments, and coordination with Cost-Control and Quantity Surveyors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge on Contract Law, from CIAP, Civil Code to FIDIC contractual framework
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Familiarity with Project Management Methods
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and communication skills
- Licensed professional
- At least 3 years of experience of similar experience is preferred
