DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Checks emails regularly on a daily basis for concerns, updates, or inquiries from both internal communications and external (clients, third-party)
Regular updating of monitoring sheets for clients, database of Security Guards, expiration dates and Day Shift & Night Shift monitoring
Updating and regular monitoring of Client Contract expirations
Prepare draft of new contracts and contracts for renewal (at least three months before expiry date)
Prepare computation of add-on fuel for selected clients
Prepare and assist in facilitation of Performance Bonds with selected clients
Main custodian and filer of documents (contracts, corporate documents, agreements, legal documents)
Assist with accreditation (requirements and coordination) to any institution or regulatory boards
Assist in the preparation of Calendar of Activities for Strategic Planning
Other clerical jobs which includes but not limited to sending mails, preparation of letters, sending of memo to clients, encoding to company's system, and booking flights and hotel accommodation for Top Management/owners

QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduates (preferred courses: BS Financial Management, Accounting Technology or any related course)
Fresh graduates may apply
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Well organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines
Fast learner and has high understanding and appreciation of documents
Able to manage time and coordinate with representatives of other department and as well as external parties (clients, regulatory boards, visitors)
Willing to be assigned in Davao City

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00nn
