Unlock your potential by joining our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing Regional Operations for JPMorgan entities in the APAC region. Be at the heart of compliance and governance, collaborating with global teams to drive process improvements and mitigate risks. As a Regional Operations Manager in the CTPO APAC Regional Operations Team, you will support Legal Entity Outsourcing Forums, oversee supplier process activities, and maintain a robust control environment. You will produce reporting materials and supplier risk reports, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation.

Job responsibilities:

  • Monitor due diligence requirements for legal entities and initiate activities as necessary.
  • Initiate and oversee due diligence processes for new engagements.
  • Prepare governance reports and develop materials for the Legal Entity Outsourcing Forum.
  • Conduct reviews and update data within legal entity inventories.
  • Facilitate the recertification process for legal entity inventories.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and manage them efficiently.
  • Convert reporting requests into actionable business requirements.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on tools and processes.
  • Support outsourcing engagement requirements per regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders effectively, foster a collaborative approach within the oversight model.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of risk management concepts and practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with ownership of issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude towards managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Proven track record of process improvements and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in regional operations management.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Familiarity with APAC regulatory requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools, such as Alteryx and UiPath.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
