BTSMC is looking for Cost Analyst (6-mos. Reliever) to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- With Project Controls experience connected to the position being requested
- Must have at least 1 year of proven experience related to Cost Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Project Controls - focusing on project costings in a Construction, Engineering, and other related industry.
- Familiar with E-DMS or other related Data Management tools.
Job Description:
- Monitors and controls project expenditures, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of costs, commitments, and budgets (CAPEX).
- Coordinates with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders for updates on expenditures, purchase requests, and status reports. Maintains financial trackers, databases, and documentation in line with quality and client standards.
- Prepares and submits timely reports, supports procurement activities, and ensures alignment with client ERP and project KPIs.
- Participates in meetings to provide updates and gather data for effective cost monitoring and planning.
Other Details:
- Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Saturday
- Work Location: Full on-site at Cubao, Quezon City/TFC, Taguig City
- Government Mandated Benefits: SSS, PHIC, HDMF, 13th month pay, 5 days SIL per year
- Paid Regular and Special Non-Working Holiday even if unworked
- Reimbursable Pre-Employment Medical Exam (Basic 5, ECG and Drug test)
