Job Summary:
The Cost Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting project or operational costs to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency. This role involves close coordination with project teams, procurement, and finance to track expenditures, forecast costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Releasing FUEL CODE to Drivers
- Monitor of Fuel of trucks
- Encode Monitoring Fuel Liters and odometer of trucks
- Making IR Fuel Theft and Overfuel
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCP – Certified Cost Professional, PMP, CMA) are an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments
