Job Overview:
We are looking for a Cost Controller who will act as the key financial analyst of the company and oversee all financial-related matters. This role directly supports the President by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and report the financial performance of the company.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports including operational expenses, collections, statements of accounts, and more.
- Monitor and update company cash flow weekly with in-depth analysis.
- Handle company payables, petty cash, bank transactions, and related financial documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial metrics critical to company operations.
- Supervise financial documentation and compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Liaise with management to guide budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a construction company.
- Cavite based or near Bacoor, Cavite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledgeable in accounting regulations and BIR policies.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,500.00 per month
