The Role
We're looking for a visionary Design & Creative Manager to lead the creation of standout visuals and branded content that brings our story to life. You'll be the creative force behind our campaigns; concepting, designing, and producing visual assets that cut through and connect across digital, social, events, and sales.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to elevate ShiftCare’s visual identity, unify our brand across channels, and inspire action through high-impact creative. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who loves turning ideas into polished assets, and isn’t afraid to experiment, move fast, and make bold creative decisions.
Whether it’s designing a product landing page, repurposing a webinar into a brand highlight reel, or experimenting with tools like Veo, Descript, or Runway, you’ll push the creative envelope while staying grounded in strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead all visual design output across campaigns, website, social channels, events, ads, and sales enablement
- Produce and edit video content using both traditional and AI-based tools (e.g. Veo, Descript, CapCut, Runway, etc.)
- Repurpose webinars and raw footage into polished brand videos, product explainers, and event highlight reels
- Design visual assets across channels: pull-up banners, expo signage, social ads, landing pages, email templates, and more
- Collaborate with content writers and marketers to visually amplify key messages
- Contribute to our web redesign project, building layouts and visual components in Figma
- Maintain and evolve ShiftCare’s visual brand identity across all formats and platforms
- Build and manage design templates in Canva/Figma for team-wide use
- Stay current with design and video trends, AI design tools, and emerging content formats
- Report on creative performance and use data to improve design decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of design and/or creative content experience in a marketing, brand, or in-house creative role
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates polished design, video editing, and brand storytelling
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and AI-enhanced design and video tools
- Solid understanding of layouts, typography, motion, and visual storytelling
- Experience editing and repurposing video and webinar content
- Interest in AI-driven creativity (e.g. Veo, Descript, Runway, etc.)
- Experience designing for web (Figma/WordPress) and event collateral (banners, signage)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean marketing team
- Bonus: basic animation/motion skills, or experience creating storyboards
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or similar
