Qualifications
- BS Accountancy or Business Related courses
- With related experience in a supervisory role within credit and collection.
- Familiar with credit investigation process
- Familiar in accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit policies, and collection strategies.
The Credit and Collection Officer is responsible for managing the credit granting process, assessing customer creditworthiness, maintaining credit limits, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. The role supports the company’s financial health by minimizing bad debts and optimizing cash flow.
