- Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
- Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
- Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
- Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
- Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
- Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
- Prepare clients documentation, collecting of information and working with the system
- Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
- Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company
- Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site

- Preferably with sales/frontline experience (Sales or Retail work quota like Salesclek, Saleslady/Salesman)
- At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
