The CCD Specialist is responsible for handling daily cash collection and disbursement activities, with a key focus on maintaining accurate transaction records and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Operates in a fast-paced, day-to-day environment, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
The role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure smooth payment processes and supports internal financial operations by reconciling cash flow, preparing financial reports, and assisting in month-end closing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash inflow and outflow, including payment processing and receipt issuance
- Proactively contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements, cashbooks, and ledgers
- Prepare cash flow reports, aging reports, and payment summaries
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with internal policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment and billing discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, cash handling, or finance roles
- Good understanding of accounting and cash flow management principles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Experience with accounting systems such as AutoCount, SQL, UBS, or QuickBooks is a plus
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and time management
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
