Job Description:
We are looking for a Credit Investigator to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and assessing borrowers' credit risk in accordance with the Bank’s operating guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical inspections and valuations of collateral properties
- Perform field investigations and background checks
- Prepare daily MIS reports on evaluated accounts
- Submit monthly productivity and summary reports
- Ensure compliance with credit risk assessment and borrower validation procedures
Qualifications:
- College undergraduate, High School, or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in:
- Credit investigation
- Background checking
- Lending fieldwork or risk assessment
- Experience in property inspection or collateral valuation is a strong advantage
- Knowledge in credit risk assessment practices
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel extensively for field investigations
