Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Processing Unit (CPU) Associate to support our loan processing operations. The role involves verifying loan documents, encoding borrower information, monitoring document archiving, and managing the safekeeping of security files. This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of loan classification and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm loan documents from the CPU-Documentation Section.
- Prepare and create Loan and Pre-Loan Data in the Web Loan System.
- Verify and tag/classify loan securities appropriately (e.g., Agri-Agra, OMEL, etc.).
- Review and confirm all loan details prior to disbursement by the BSO.
- Indicate safekeeping status and the nature of collateral offered.
- Encode basic borrower information and create customer profiles in the system.
- Ensure accurate and complete data encoding.
- Monitor loan releases uploaded in the ENADOC System.
- Act as custodian of physical loan folders and security documents.
- Conduct monthly inventory of security documents.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor/head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in loan documentation, loan processing, or banking operations.
- Familiarity with loan classification, security documents, and collateral types is a plus.
- Knowledge of document archiving systems like ENADOC is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
