As part of Project and Program Management team, you'll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic project imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday
Role accountabilities:
- Manage tasks within the workstream to ensure timely delivery and client value, and lead client calls and communications by coordinating internal team preparations.
- Review incident reports for compliance and root cause analysis, align them with maintenance tasks, alarms, and change requests, and provide insights into trends to improve client performance
- Analyze demand for UPS, cooling, and space in tech rooms, report on data quality and demand tendencies, and support compliance through technical surveys and corrective action plans.
- Assist clients in connecting systems and datasets, analyzing data from various sources (BMS, EPMS, Change Requests, Incident Management, Maintenance) to drive actionable insights and value
- Monitor changes to the Critical Facilities List, review site drawings for spot checks, and promote the adoption of a new document library for critical facility documents.
- Evaluate engineering standards for critical facilities against industry benchmarks, report on any gaps, and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (Mechanical/Electrical) and thorough understanding of Data Center Tier levels and standards.
- Demonstrates strong communication abilities, including leading meetings and conveying data analysis clearly, while showcasing excellent people skills, judgment, and flexibility

- Capable of working cooperatively with remote teams, customers, and contractors across various regions and time zones, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Experienced with Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, process mapping, and workflow management, enhancing operational excellence.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn MS Power BI, MS Access, and other data visualization tools.
