We are looking for a results-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with strong experience using Go High Level (GHL) to design and manage CRM systems, create high-converting funnels, implement automations, and drive marketing initiatives. You’ll be the key player connecting technology, sales, and marketing to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management (Go High Level):
Set up, manage, and optimize CRM pipelines, contacts, and workflows within Go High Level.
Segment audiences and personalize communication for different stages of the customer journey.
Maintain data hygiene, manage tags, and ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
Marketing & Funnels:
Build and optimize high-converting sales and marketing funnels using Go High Level.
Implement landing pages, lead magnets, and email/SMS sequences.
Run A/B tests to improve funnel performance.
Automations & Integrations:
Create automations to streamline lead follow-up, onboarding, nurture campaigns, and sales pipelines.
Integrate Go High Level with other platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Calendly, etc.).
Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth performance.
Technical & Analytical Support:
Monitor campaign performance, CRM metrics, and customer lifecycle data.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Provide tech support for the marketing and sales teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience using Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, funnels, and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles: email marketing, lead generation, retargeting, etc.
Experience working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Pay: Php275.00 - Php300.00 per hour
