What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media.
- Provide support with account setup, video uploads, content management, and monetization tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, including video playback, uploading, and account access.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document user feedback and report trends to help improve the product and support processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- At least 6* months sales experience*
- Excellent communication skills - C1
- Amenable to work onsite either in Vertis North or Taguig
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
