Job Summary:
As a Travel Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for
-handling inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers looking to book flights, hotels, vacation packages, or other travel-related services.
-Your role is to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and maximizing revenue for travel clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, car rentals, etc.).
- Offer travel products and services by identifying customer needs and upselling/cross-selling appropriate options.
Qualifications:
-At least HS/SHS Graduate
-At least 1 year Sales Experience (BPO/NON-BPO)
-Excellent English Communications Skills
