We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and customer-focused Customer Care Associate.
The ideal candidate will assist with insurance documentation, tenant communication, compliance tracking, and administrative support related to rental insurance requirements. This role involves coordinating with third-party insurance providers, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, property management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicate with tenants regarding renter’s insurance requirements, policies, and compliance.
· Verify and document tenant insurance coverage
· Track expiration dates and send timely reminders for policy renewals
· Assist tenants in understanding coverage requirements and available insurance options
· Liaise with insurance providers to validate policy details when needed
· Maintain accurate records in property management or CRM systems
· Prepare reports on insurance compliance and gaps
· Additional administrative tasks e.g., data entry, email handling, file organization maybe needed
· Role may evolve overtime
Qualifications:
· Preferred but not required, experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong experience in excel and data entry
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
