Job Summary:
The position is responsible for keeping all customer and vehicle data, performing advance booking, telemarketing for service due units, and submission of weekly & monthly reports.
Conduct post sales & service follow-up and gathers customer feedback to improve and ensure overall customer sales and service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of ang four (4) year course, preferably in business administration and hospitality management.
- At least one (1) year working experience in a premium brand and on related position.
- Presentable and Smart, and with excellent communication skills.
- Must be customer oriented and customer focused.
- Working in an automotive industry is an advantage.
