Description:
- Answer Customer inquiry about our products and services
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Develop and update client related reports.
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Dept. to address customers’ needs and complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
