- Greet clients warmly and ensure a high standard of customer service from check-in to check-out.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling via phone, email, or clinic systems.
- Educate clients about available aesthetic services, skincare treatments, and promotional packages.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk/reception area.
- Keep accurate and updated client records in the clinic's CRM system.
- Follow up with clients after treatments to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with aesthetic staff and medical professionals to ensure smooth client flow and satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns by informing clients about ongoing promotions and events.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and issuing invoices or receipts as needed.
