Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate OR completed at least 2 years/4 semesters in college
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Allowed: 1+ year telco sales experience (hard selling/upselling)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱32,000
- Monthly Allowance: ₱2,000
- Earn up to ₱42,000 total monthly package
- Sales Incentives: ₱10,000 – ₱12,000 per month
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO on Day 1
