We’re currently expanding our team and looking for experienced Customer Service Agents who are passionate about travel and dedicated to helping clients with care and professionalism.
What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers. You will:
- Assist with post-sales requests: flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Handle special service needs (seat selection, special meals, wheelchair assistance)
- Advise customers on travel rules, documentation, and restrictions
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve issues
- Respond to feedback and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner
- Work across multiple systems including Sabre, Amadeus (optional), CRM tools, and email
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (airlines, OTA, travel agency, etc.)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Sabre GDS (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Amadeus GDS is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
