About the role
Jiang Nan Hotpot is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their experiences with our restaurant are positive and memorable.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Listening attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Assisting customers with product information, order placements, and reservations
- Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
