A Directory Assistance Representative assists customers who are looking for a particular telephone listing both residential, commercial and government database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months call center experience
- At least Senior Highschool graduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- 45 WPM typing speed
Applicant must be willing to report onsite in our Los Baños office and must be flexible to work for a 24/7 campaign.
All interviews will be done onsite.
