DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with order placement, modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
Guide customers through product selections, sizing, and fit using brand tools
Promote and enroll customers in the Member Rewards program
Resolve complaints and service issues promptly and effectively
Accurately process payments, credits, and adjustments
Document customer interactions following company standards
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product lines

EXPERIENCE
Atleast Six(6) Months of BPO experience

QUALIFICATIONS
No experience is good as long as with good to excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficient in basic computer systems and customer management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
