Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, can handle a high volume of information, and is comfortable working with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data from various sources into the company's database systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies; correct any incompatibilities.
- Maintain and update existing data as needed.
- Prepare and organize source documents.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Follow data entry protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, typist, or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (typically 40+ words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Makati City, from 5:00PM to 2:00AM Philippine Time.
