The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting with entering and transcribing information into various platforms and double checking existing work. The ideal candidate will have experience with large amounts of data entry, and will be able to follow-up with team members if data is missing or erroneous.
Major Areas of Responsibilities:
- Auditing daily groups and meals for attendance and note submission
- Audit weekly update completion
- Assist with obtaining ROIs and ensuring they are uploaded into a patient EMR
- Inputting data into spreadsheets related to markers identified by the clinical team which patients are over scheduled in a day, and by how many hours
- Meal and group census
- Assisting with sending and receiving of taxes
- Calling PCP offices for follow up documentation once needs once communication has been established with that office (ie - to fax us lab results or visit summaries) and upload those results into the EMR
- Other duties as assigned
