What's the general objective of the role?
Assisting the team in processing data and electronic documents during the open enrollment period.
What are some of the responsibilities?
- Encodes data from scanned paper documents or online database resources into an online administration system
- Processing of documentation, maintaining data and generating reports related to the processed transactions
- Performs audit functions within the department
What are the ideal requirements?
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in data processing
- Knowledge/experience in US Health Insurance (is a plus)
- Background in claims, benefits enrollment, contract review is an advantage
- Intermediate working knowledge in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Effective communication skills
