- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 20 years of experience in construction industry
- With experience in construction supervision as Deputy Team Leader or equivalent for at least 1 land transport project
- With experience in implementing at least 1 project using FIDIC Conditions of Contract or ADB/ similar multilateral development banks' standard conditions of contract
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
