We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our online marketing strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing social media channels, creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for branding consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Bolbok, Batangas City
